With more than 100 strut profiles, the wide range of aluminium profiles from Bosch Rexroth AG offers solutions for all applications with the most diverse requirements in profile technology.

Connect the profiles using heavy-duty connectors and create profile connections with particularly strong grooves and large core pulls, even for high static and dynamic loads. In total, the Bosch Rexroth portfolio consists of 6 different profile ranges. Thanks to the same slot dimensions and spacing, the profiles co-ordinated within a profile series and can be optimally used in design.

Profiles with a 10 mm slot are characterised by very high stability and are therefore ideally suited for the construction of heavy-duty tables or even machine frames. In addition, the variety of possible combinations and therefore the flexibility in the design of customised solutions is high, thanks to the different spacings ( slot distances) of 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm or 60 mm – a further advantage of the comprehensive profile technology. Profiles with an 8 mm or 6 mm slot can be used, for example, for the construction of lightweight fixtures, partition walls, laboratory equipment or shelving systems as well as material trolleys.
